CLADECO®
Elements.
Discrete architectural components — corniches, columns, capitals, window sills, arches, keystones, balustrades — CNC‑machined to specification and supplied for piece‑by‑piece installation.
CLADECO®Architectural cladding system
A direct substitute for GRC, GRP and cast‑stone cladding. Lighter, faster to install, and custom‑cut to any geometry.
CLADECO® is a coated EPS cladding system, manufactured by Insutech. Each piece is CNC‑machined from white Expanded Polystyrene — produced in‑house — then factory‑coated with a 3–4 mm meshless acrylic shell formulated in partnership with top‑quality international acrylic manufacturers.
Supplied in two product lines: CLADECO® Elements — discrete decorative components (corniches, columns, sills, arches, capitals, balustrades) — and CLADECO® Facades, panelized cladding for full‑building exteriors. A direct substitute for GRC, GRP and traditional cast‑stone cladding.
Every piece is custom‑cut from client drawings. No molds. No minimum order. No mold tooling charge. The catalog does not exist as a fixed SKU list — profiles from past projects are shown for reference only.
Fixed by adhesive, mechanical fastener, or both in combination. Joints, repairs and touch‑ups are executed in the same factory‑grade acrylic supplied by Insutech, producing a seamless monolithic finish with no visible joints.
CLADECO® is a coated EPS cladding system supplied as decorative architectural elements or full‑facade panels. A CNC‑machined white EPS core, finished with a 3–4 mm meshless shell of highest‑quality imported acrylic, produces a paint‑ready surface at 5–8 kg/m² — installed by adhesive, mechanical fastener, or both, at a fraction of the weight and install time of GRC, GRP, or cast stone.
CLADECO® is supplied in two ranges. Elements covers discrete decorative components installed piece‑by‑piece. Facades covers panelized cladding for full‑building exteriors. Both share the same white EPS core and meshless acrylic shell.

Coated EPS panels for full‑building facades — custom‑cut to elevation, supplied with adhesive and mechanical fixing schedule. A direct substitute for GRC and GRP at a fraction of the weight, cost and install time.
Each CLADECO® component begins as a client‑supplied drawing or CAD profile. Insutech translates the geometry into a parametric cutting file and machines the piece from in‑house white EPS billets on hot‑wire and milling CNC benches.
Cut pieces then enter a multi‑pass acrylic coating cycle using a system formulated in partnership with top‑quality international acrylic manufacturers. The coating applies a 3–4 mm meshless shell that gives the piece its strength, weather resistance and paint‑ready finish.
Every piece is custom‑cut to project drawings. There are no molds, no minimum order, and no SKU constraint — the same line produces a 30 mm corner trim or a 2.5 m column shaft.
Every CLADECO® profile is custom‑cut from client drawings or CAD files. The selection below reflects geometry shipped on recent projects.
All CLADECO® profiles are CNC‑machined from client‑supplied drawings or CAD files. Geometry and dimension are unconstrained by tooling — the gallery to the right reflects profiles shipped on recent projects.

The engineering properties that set CLADECO® apart from GRC, GRP and cast‑stone cladding. Values reference EN test methods or Insutech in‑house QC procedures.

White EPS core, coated panel assembly. No structural sub‑frame required. Pieces are light enough for a two‑person crew to handle at height without a crane or winch.

Material, labor and plant cost indexed at ~1.0× against a GRC baseline of 1.25× and cast stone at 1.4–1.8×. No mold tooling charge — the project pays for the piece, not the mold.

Continuous facade application reduces envelope U‑value and typically reduces heating/cooling load by ~30%. Same‑acrylic joint treatment eliminates thermal bridging.

Adhesive, mechanical fastener, or both in combination — selected per piece. Cement‑based or ceramic adhesives compatible with concrete, brick, block, render. No specialty trade, no proprietary tooling.

UV‑stable acrylic finish under direct sunlight. Cross‑section unaffected by thermal cycling. Wind loading per project‑specific structural assessment, included in the technical submittal.

Insutech supplies the same factory‑grade acrylic for site use. Joints, cracks, chips and transport damage are treated with the original material, producing a monolithic finish with no visible joints.
A high‑level overview of how CLADECO® Facades are typically installed on a prepared substrate. Every project is different — site conditions, panel geometry, substrate type and crew size all shape the final method, so each CLADECO® order is supported with a project‑specific installation plan from our technical team.
Substrate is cleaned and levelled. Primer applied where required. Compatible substrates: render, concrete, brick, block.
Cement‑based adhesive, mechanical fastener, or both — selected per piece geometry. No specialty bonding agents.
Pieces positioned by hand to layout drawing. Two‑person crew dresses approx. 80–120 m² per day. No crane, no winch.
All joints filled with the same factory‑grade acrylic — eliminating visible joint lines and producing a seamless monolithic finish.
Edges and faces inspected. Any chips, cracks or transport damage are repaired in‑place using the same acrylic material.
Acrylic shell is paint‑ready out of the box. Receives any standard architectural finish — paint, render, decorative texture.
CLADECO® is manufactured by Insutech — an Egyptian construction‑materials company founded in 1987. Nearly four decades of in‑house engineering and production expertise across insulation, EPS, bitumen membranes and EPS packaging — used on landmark Egyptian projects including the Iconic Tower (New Administrative Capital), Alamein Towers, and supplied to Hassan Allam, Orascom and other major contractors.
Production runs across five manufacturing facilities in Egypt — head office and bituminous plant in 10th of Ramadan, EPS facilities in 10th of Ramadan and 6th of October. CLADECO®'s white EPS, CNC machining and acrylic coating are all executed in‑house, with proprietary acrylic formulation developed in partnership with top‑quality international acrylic manufacturers.
